Add a touch of brilliance to your immune cell monitoring with the BV421 fluorochrome. The addition of BV421 makes it easier to combine Dextramer®-based multimers with antibody panels for characterization of immune cells by flow cytometry.
The BV421 fluorochrome is available as standard for all MHC Dextramer® reagents for detection of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, MAIT cells, and NKT cells. In addition, Klickmer® (for the detection of B cells and more) and U-Load® reagents are available with BV421.
Please note that BD Horizon™ Brilliant Stain Buffer is required when using reagents labeled with BV421, as described in the MHC Dextramer® Staining Protocol here, and must be purchased separately from BD.
