We load your chosen class I (easYmers®) alleles with your peptides of interest and assemble the MHC monomers on our dextran backbone. After conducting loading efficiency evaluation, we deliver the ready-to-use Dextramer® reagents tailored to your specifications.

- Your peptide sequence(s) of interest
- Your choice of reagent type, number of tests required, and choice of fluorophore:
- Dextramer® reagents for flow cytometry are available with 50, 150 or 500 tests, and with various fluorophores (BV421, PE, APC, FITC, or none).
- dCODE Dextramer® reagents (with DNA barcode for single-cell multi-omics) are available with 25, 50, 150 or 500 tests, and with PE fluorophore.
