Live Webinar: High throughput characterization of neoantigen specific T cells and cognate T cell receptors for the treatment of leukemia

The webinar will cover:

  • Uncovering how mutations in RNA splicing factors - frequently found in certain cancers - generate shared mis-splicing-derived neoantigens across patients
  • Leveraging DNA barcoded MHC Dextramer® and single cell analysis to characterize neoantigen-specific T cells in patient blood samples and discover TCRs targeting common neoantigens

Short summary:

Identification and characterization of antigen-specific T cells is critical to understanding immune response to cancer and developing antigen-specific therapies such as T cell receptor (TCR) derived therapies and cancer vaccines. This presentation will describe the use of feature-barcoded peptide-MHC Dextramer® to characterize neoantigen specific T cells in patients with cancer and isolate neoantigen-reactive TCRs.

Guest speaker: Omar Abdel-Wahab, MD | Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session, where our speaker will be available to answer your questions.
